APHRODITE’S POLICIES AND INFORMATION:
Treatment Times:
We book out more than the treatment time to enable a thorough consultation and treatment to be carried out. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time.
Deposits:
A non refundable 50% deposit is required for bookings of £50 and over. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please follow the cancellation policy to make sure the deposit is not lost.
Cancellation Policy:
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge being made on the treatment booked.
VIP Rooms:
We have a number of VIP rooms, perfect for couples, friends or family wanting to enjoy their Aphrodite experience together.
Children:
Unless your child is having a treatment with us we ask that you do not bring them for any treatments being carried out so you and our clients can completely relax Shhh: We ask that all mobiles are switched off during treatments.
Spray Tan:
Please exfoliate and remove hair the day before your tan and avoid wearing moisturiser, deodorant, and foundation on the day of your tan. Wear loose, dark clothing and shoes and allow for development of your tan for the rest of the evening.
IPL Treatments:
For 30 days prior do not use sunbeds or sunbathe, do not use self-tan, do not wax, tweeze or thread hair from the area, do not have electrolysis and do not use depilatory creams or bleach the area.
Vouchers:
ALL vouchers are valid for 3 months from issue date and under no circumstances can vouchers be used after their expiry date.
